Anika is a trusted executive coach and business psychologist who helps leaders and their teams to advance strategic goals and better serve their customers. Anika has coached numerous CEO successors who were established technical experts and needed to operate more strategically. Beginning with a role-based assessment to profile success expectations, she helps leaders rebrand their mission focus, restructure their organization to align roles with organizational objectives, and lead change while cultivating and influencing partnerships. 

As Executive Director for Leadership Edge at JP Morgan Chase, Anika designed and executed global programs to drive culture, leadership performance, and retention. In her role as Head of Organizational Effectiveness for OppenheimerFunds, she coached executive leaders, enabled salesforce transformation, and facilitated senior team development in order to drive strategic alignment. Anika has served as adjunct faculty at University of Houston where she completed her PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology. Anika has served as a coach for the Entrepreneurs Challenge Competition at NYU Stern School of Business.  In her personal time, Anika enjoys life with her six-year old son, exploring art events, cooking, and gardening.
