Hector brings over 12 years of leadership development experience into his coaching and facilitation practice.

Hector’s expertise makes him comfortable engaging with leaders of all levels. He brings a practical and earnest approach to his coaching.  He coaches leaders in both Fortune500 organizations and growth phase companies ranging from Nasdaq and Credit Suisse to Airbnb, GitHub, and Warby Parker.  Prior to coaching, Hector spent 10+ years developing Leaders at LinkedIn and Blend, and recently became an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University.

Living in Stamford, CT, his true coaching skills are probably best challenged by his children, who refuse all his advice.
