Jake works with hundreds of leaders ranging from some of America’s largest companies to fast growth start-ups.  Jake specializes in supporting leaders to elevate working relationships, productively engage in challenging conversations, and build cultures that focus on long-term impact not just short-term results.

Jake is one of the Forefront Marshall Goldsmith 100 Coaches, and has worked as a Conflict Resolution Coach for record labels addressing band-member disunity.  He earned his CPP degree from IPEC, and is an ACE Certified Coach.  Prior to coaching and facilitating Jake worked in the COO and GM role in the music industry redesigning operations to optimize daily efficiency.

Jake has been a facilitator for Cure Roundtable events since 2015, creating inclusive conversations for communities affected by AIDS and is a member of The Council on a Cure. Jake lives with his fiance in New York City and is Co-Author of the upcoming “The Men’s Group” Novel.
