MaryAnn Gonzalez

MaryAnn brings executive leadership experience to her coaching and facilitation work.  She began her career in marketing and grew to support marketing and services for $8 billion dollars worldwide at AIG.    She was President of the Handel Group Corporate division, overseeing PL, business strategy and growth.  

As an executive coach and facilitator, MaryAnn has supported teams and individuals to reach and sustain peak performance at corporate, government and not for profit institutions.  She has supported succession planning, has performed comprehensive assessment to identify individual potential and problem areas within executive teams, conducted interviews and provided analysis to identify opportunities and challenges for corporate client’s organizational development needs, led and managed high potential leadership programs and led clients through cultural + organizational transformation initiatives.  

MaryAnn earned a Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University.  She’s a featured speaker at Transamerica’s National Coaching Forum in Chicago, Philadelphia and Phoenix.

MaryAnn lives with her two children in the Washington DC area.
